Almost 5 months old!

Hi everyone!

Today is Sunday, and I am in San Diego with Momma and Daddy. We are here visiting some of Momma and Daddy’s friends. So far it’s been fun. We have gone up to Temecula, which Momma says is a lot like where we live. I got to see a man named Bob and he held me and had soft hair on his face. He looked happy and he made me smile. Then we went to another place and sat outside. Momma covered me up so I wouldn’t get burned by the sun. Momma kept telling me to go to sleep but I was having so much fun looking around.

I also hung out at a place called Pizza Port and saw some more of momma and daddy’s friends. Momma let me chew on some pizza crust and it was fun to suck on, but I got tired of it after a few minutes and dropped it. Then daddy gave me a napkin and I ate it. He was funny trying to open my mouth and get it out. Momma did not look happy though.

Today I went to a restaurant with Momma and visited her friend Allison. That was fun, and I got to lay on momma’s lap and kick while she finished eating.

And I am learning all kinds of new things. I laugh when Daddy tickles me and play peek-a-boo with me. I can roll over to my tummy, and I do it all the time. I like to sleep on my tummy now, though I still wake up crying a lot. I roll around the floor to get to my toys and Momma and Daddy find me all over the place. Or that’s what they say!

I like to grab everything and put it in my mouth. Momma sometimes give me food, but I really don’t care about it right now. I would still rather have milk.

I miss my grandparents, and can’t wait to see them real soon! I also miss my crib and my swing, and want to go home real soon. Momma says we go back to Livermore in 2 days. I wish I knew what that meant.
