Hi all!
I tried to explain to Momma that it was very important that I update my blog more often since I lead a very exciting life. There are many things to talk about. For instance, today, I went on an adventure in my jogging stroller. I stayed awake watching things pass me by as Momma ran, but all that looking made me tired, so I fell asleep at the end. But, the stroller no longer scares me…I think that is because I am a big boy now. After all, I am 4 months old.
I also have a new friend. His name is Giraffe, and he’s very soft and smooth. I like it when Daddy rubs Giraffe on my belly before my bath…It feels nice. Anyway, Giraffe is a lot of fun, and I hold him and chew on him (don’t worry—he likes it!) I also cover my face with him, but sometimes he won’t get off, and I have to call for Momma to help me.
I also have a lot to talk about. I spend a lot of my day talking very loudly. I know Momma thinks what I have to say is important because she smiles and nods her head at me. I have to repeat things though sometimes many times before she gets it. Oh well…she will get better at understanding me eventually.
I have also decided that I don’t need to be rocked to sleep anymore. So I cry a lot before bed until Momma or Daddy lays me down. Then I have to cry a little more because I miss them. But I look at my sheep and stars and fall asleep.
Oh, and another thing that big boys do is take their bath without their hammock in their bathtub. I didn’t like when Momma took it out a few weeks ago, but Daddy bathed me tonight without it, and it was fun! I can’t wait til I can sit up and sit in the bathtub like a real big boy!
I go to the doctor tomorrow, and am a little scared about those pointy things. Last time it really hurt, but Daddy will go with Momma and I, so he will make it better if it hurts.
Ok, got to go to bed!
Love you all!
Charlie
